That's exactly what I was thinking today when they were selling some pricey goods. I go all over the Internet buying shoes and if they're over $50, my order ships free. You think that would be the least they could do if someone drops $500 - $10,000, on a featherweight piece of jewelry. Makes them look like money-grubbing skinflints.

EEK......for $10grand............I want to see it in person before I commit to buy...................Even my new roof didn't cost that much, and I got a contract and guarantee from the roofer (!)

You can call me picky if you want to, but I don't think I'd purchase a $6k piece of jewelry from a home shopping channel on tv. I'd have to see it up close & in person.
