@Venezia Yes, I know she never smoked, and it sucks that people who don't can still get lung cancer.  I was actually referring to her plastic surgeries.  I don't follow her at all, but after this thread came up I was reading somethings online about her nose collapsing.  Don't know if that is true or not.  But she has also had liposuction and was excessively using Diet pills to get thin.  Those are not good choices.  But we all struggle to make healthy choices.

I have no idea what your "body part" comment means, so I can't speak to that.

As far as being a ROLE model, who says every person in comedy has to be a role model ... and for whom, exactly?  

IMO, thinking back to the most gifted and successful people in comedy, they were always the ones who pushed the envelope and took their monologues "out there".  

Examples ... Richard Pryor, Joan Rivers, Lenny Bruce, Totie Fields, even George Carlin ... they had to go a few steps further than most because Comedy is unique entertainment.

Nothing is off limits with a comedian. She pushed the envelope and paid the price. I don’t think she’s a horrible person. She certainly didn’t deserve the blacklisting.

Like her or not you have to admire her ability to take the hits and come back.

Never liked her and there's nothing attractive about her. In fact, she's downright ugly and it has nothing to do with her age!
