Im sure she likes to get a break from all those dress mandates she is subjected to in England. While it was fine for the queen she is not an old lady who lives with past dress codes and probably finds it great to be able to relax with pants!! They both would probably like to wear jeans!

Is this the picture of them attending the basketball game? I don't know. I did see her wearing a different outfit when they were standing in that pouring rain and she still looked good.

I guess it's just me but I would not have worn a dress had I know I was arriving in the pouring cold rain and the venue from which they were speaking was under a carnival like tent.
