I'm sure he was heartbroken.  There must be no greater pain in life than losing your child but he was 89.  His death could be one of life's terrible coincidences.

😢 This poor family. My prayers are with them all, and may God rest his soul and Kate's.

Oh Jeeze, I know if I were 89 and was told my kid committed suicide, I'd drop dead. Poor old guy.

I was very sad to read this.


So often family members/ spouses can't cope with the grief and they pass too.   

Kate seemed so lovely and I wish I could have been able to help her!!!
