Kate Somerville TSV....does what?

I am watching Marybeth with Kate Somerville this morning. Kate was demonstrating the TSV Dermal/Quench. She is showing the before and after photos and I can honestly say there is no difference. Normally I would not knock a product until I tried it. I just can't believe she is selling it for $78.00. And there are only 6,000 out of 25,000 left. I must be blind or something.....
