ANYTHING ordered "online" unless you're talking about a store with literally 1 location is being sent from a warehouse or manufacturing site. So yes, Kohls & QVC can be comparable in that respect. Kohls is not pulling items off a store rack to ship based off an online order!!! Some retailers just have a better system than others for processing online orders. And sometimes even the best retailers have a "hiccup". That's all there is to it! I pick & choose accordingly where I shop-expecting delays some places over others if purchasing online.
