In my area, we had a KMart. Then they changed it to a Sears. My husband and I drove past it today (it's in a strip mall) and there is a big sign on the Sears that says "Coming soon-KMart". So they're changing it back to a KMart.

I thought it was interesting since KMart is closing so many stores. When it was a KMart, it actually always seemed to do a pretty good business. We weren't in there often, but it was in a good location if you just needed to run in and get something. I've never stepped foot in it since it's been a Sears.

We have so few KMart stores in our area of Atlanta anymore, but I like to see competition with WalMart, a mile and a half away. I hope the KMart does well.
