It sure seems funny in the last year or so we see all these "celebrities" losing 35-40 lbs. Oprah just admitted she used Ozempic and then Kim Gravel drops the weight pretty quickly also. She is saying she just didn't think about it, she just dropped the weight!!! I do not believe that any of these dramatic weight losses were not due to OZEMPIC.or the other weight loss drugs out there. Everyone looks better when they lose weight but be honest about how you did it. I am sure my comment will be deleted but there are too many people losing weight "all of a sudden". If you do it with diet and exercise you don't lose the weight that quickly. Good luck to all on their health journey whatever it may be, but be honest about how you accomplished your goal when asked. It seems to be a moneymaking proposition for these celebs, they get interviewed and the next thing you know they are writing a book about it.

@debmmm If I could loose weight by an injection or a pill I would do it in a heart beat and tell everyone. I just don't have the money these celebrities have.

Chill.........Not all are losing pounds. Noticed a couple "stars" who trimmed down drastically ten years ago....got it back.
What channel are you watching? LOL

We'll see if they keep it off. It has been my experience that it's easier to lose weight than to maintain that weight. And I agree, that weight loss takes time Some of these people lost weight pretty fast!!!

Why does it matter if anyone chooses not to tell you exactly how they lost weight? They don't owe you. If any drug is involved, the names you referenced aren't getting their stash off the internet. They have medical professionals at their disposal. What matters is a person's health. If anyone writes a book, who cares. You don't have to buy it. Thus far, have seen nothing like that. People seem very jealous of others when they lose weight. I applaud anyone addressing their heath, well-being. And achieving success. It's a win!

I'll admit I can't stand Oprah. She has gained and lost tons of weight over the years.

Unless these celebrities (or anyone else) learn how to make the appropriate food choices and take ownership and self control back, the minute they go off the drugs without making any lifestyle changes the weight will pile back on again.

It is no one's business how a person lost weight. It is their personal business. Hope they are happy and healthy with their weight loss.

The entitlement some have...that "celebrities" have to discuss, reveal everything in their lives is mystifying to me. Or reveal things others believe they should reveal. Everyone, all of us, have a right to be private about whatever. Or speak about what we choose.
