The same plants used to feed the animals.
The soy used for the meat sub is the same soy used to feed animals.
Why is there such a disconnect with our food?
Why the need to over process and add potentially hazardous chemicals, then call it food.
The food industry does that with animal products, as well.

If an animal or a human eats soybeans they do not become a soybean. Our body works with the fuel we give it through the digestive process.

I think this "substitute meat stuff" is as creepy as the KFC commercials.....

Not sure if I understand your post.
My interpretation:
Animals eat soybeans.
Humans eat soybeans & products made of soybeans.
People think the animal muscle is different than the meat alternative.
Once the meat is purchased, it’s cooked with oils, sodium & spices..
just like the processed meat alternatives....sometimes worse
with a lot more chemicals, sodium & fat.
Yes, our bodies are miracles considering it does process anything
we give it as fuel...but ‘working with’?
No so much.
The body will struggle w/ the inflammation of ingested
animal products/byproducts. Soy doesn’t have that same
affect on the human body.

You may want to investigate a little further as to what is included in some these meat alternatives. It is not just oils, sodium and spices, truly eye opening as to what some want us to believe is healthy.

They can paint their building any ugly color they want. It doesn't impress me in the slightest. Some people will try anything once. It doesn't mean they will be back...

Neil Barnard?
president of the PETA-linked “Physicians Committee” for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), which gets most of its funding from a single wealthy animal-rights activist in Florida. Barnard, who has called cheese “dairy crack” and tried to sue milk companies for causing “pain and suffering” to lactose intolerant Americans, predictably railed against non-PETA-approved diets.
He truly is a hack for PETA. His diet advice for diabetics could put them in a coma with all the carbohydrates in it.
As far as this fake chicken....it will be fried in the SAME fryer as the fryer used for chicken. So much for a plant based diet. LOL
