Wow! Do you have a Trader Joe's nearby? They're usually less expensive and carry health products.Edit: Just looked, they have several varieties.
What's the link for the online store? Even the health food store in town charges quite a bit.

Noel, OT but do you watch Orphan Black?
When we go there, I'd like to hear your suggestions for prepping Quinoa.
I know I am not celery but I make cold salads out of mine a lot. I cook it with lemon and/or limes. Drain really good then add olive oil, vinegars and sometimes I do it greek with feta, med. veggies, olives and med herbs. Sometimes I do in an Italian way. Right now I have some lemon juice, oregano, feta, roasted red peppers, sliced olives, chopped mint, lemon zest, garlic and red onion. Salt an pepper of course.
I make it in a similar way.
What I love even more is farro. I cook it in chicken broth and herbs. Drain. I love it as a cold salad with all the grilled summer veggies, olives, feta, roasted peppers......you name it, I through it in.

I don't think they have an online store, Sydney. You might want to see if there's one in your area.

I just got quinoa at TJs.
I also got the dried Harvest Blend...it combines couscous, orzo, baby garbanzo beans
and red quinoa. You just heat it up with water or chicken broth...it's ready in 10 minutes.
