I bought a new box today at BB&B.

When I put it in the basket, once it punches the hole in the top it lifts the foil and coffee grinds are all over and in the cup. Tried another one thinking it was a bad one, same thing happened.

Would you take them back to the store, write to Keurig or to the brand company?
