get my desk calenders for 1.00 at Everything's a Dollar and freebies thru the mail or the bank

I ordered a new one from Amazon. I've given up calendars with beautiful photography, humor, or special meaning.
The last few years, it's been a Big Grid calendar that goes on my fridge. I want to be able to see the date clearly from across the kitchen and with lots of room to write. Everything goes on there.

I use the calendar on my phone for everything, but I also use a planner. I ordered my 2022 Lang Birds In The Garden planner a few weeks ago and love it. I buy a different one each year but like this one so much that I may order the same one next year.

Always buy a Lang. Susan Winget is my favorite artist.

The one I get for our kitchen every year:
Charles Wysocki
There are 2 that are usually offered by this artist every year. One is the Americana (13.5" x 12") and the other wall calender is 12" x 12". This year I didn't choose the Americana because I liked the monthy images on the other one better this year.
@Susan Louise I have not ordered a calendar for 2022 but I love Charles Wysocki and am considering ordering the 2022 Cat Tales Calendar. Too cute!

@Mistreatedbycs Susan Winget did the artwork in my planner from last year--Bountiful Blessings.

I always get at least six free calendars. Nice ones, too.
I use one in my office. Can't even give the others away.

Just about every charity I donate to sends me a calendar. I have several sittng on the table at the moment.
I usually bring the "spares" down to the laundry room - leave them on the folding table for folks to help themselves.
that is how i get them......i began getting them in august from charities. i probably have about 15 at the moment. i usually keep two and use them in my kitchen and at my desk at home for quick reference and to jot down appointments and notes.
the rest i give to my daughter who gives them during the holidays to some of the residents in an elderly care facility.
i have no doubt there will be a few more coming.

Wall calendars are usually those I get in the mail. But the other ones, I choose for appointments or personal use, my choice, need room for notes.

We usually create our own calendars through Shutterfly.
I have been putting together family calendars since our daughters were born. Each month has a picture of something special that we did/took pictures of during that time. For example, September always has their "back to school" pictures, October is them dressed up in their Halloween costumes, and December always has their Christmas Pictures. I always reserve November for the large table picture of everyone gathered around the table for Thanksgiving from the previous year. It started out as something fun that we thought we would do once, but we get requests for it each year, so we are keeping it up. My daughters are getting older (7 &10), so not everything is as "cutesy" anymore. I'm going to start including more pictures of other family members in future calendars.
My daughters like to have calendars of our dog breeds each year. We have an Australian Shepherd and a Boxer. My younger daughter counts on getting an Aussie calendar every Christmas and my older one loves her Boxer calendars. I already made those purchases on Amazon.
We do order extra Shutterfly calendars for ourselves though. My husband and I each take one to work and we keep one up in our playroom at home.
