Yesterday, during the Diamonique gold show, Antonella was saying if you use the twenty dollar easy pay and you don't like it that you get your twenty dollars back and nothing lost. That is such a lie! She didn't say minus the return shipping. New customers will be in for a rude awakening if they believe that. It's really not right she's saying you get stated amount back and lose nothing. I don't remember which item, but it was in her show yesterday.

@StraytoStay

Jayne Brown said it too...these hosts should mention you can return it within 30 days but original shipping will not be returned unless its defective!

On Evine live one of the long time hosts actually told the truth....she said you need  to have your purchase  returned to Evine live by The 30th day....so you really need to give it a week to get there. The host said it was more like a three week(21day) return policy.  I thought how refreshing that a host tells the truth! QVC hosts never do.

When I used to order clothing and needed an exchange it too was never done and then after waiting a week or two thinking they were diligent, responsible, professional etc and taking care of it, my color and/or size would sell out.. NEVER trust anyone at Qvc with your orders.  If you want an item in a different size or color and it's available,, order it immediately and then just return the original order.

I have mentioned this before, but here it goes again.

If you purchase from QVC  or any other vendor online using PayPal, you can get free return shipping paid by PayPal at the rate of once a month unti Dec31, 2016.

You have to sign up for it at the PayPal website before you need to use it.

Makes no sense that return shipping costs more than getting it to you in the first place.

I'm sure it makes perfect sense to QVC.  Carriers give them a big break on shipping so everything they ship or bring back yields a big profit for the bottom line.  If you study their quarterly reports, shipping profits are often the thing that keeps them operating in the black.

You can of course, use your own dime at the PO to do returns.

@tsavorite - $13 shipping for boots - WOW!  That's ridiculous!

Re: Just learned lesson about QVC shipping....OMG

She said that on a shoe show.  I messaged her on facebook regarding this issue and never got a reply.  I don't understand why she continues to state that fact. Someone in QVC needs to school her on their return policy. I find that you lose more than you gain. I don't order an item unless I am absolutely sure it will fit. I have been doing shopping in the B&M stores. You don't have to pay shipping and handling and you can try on the item. Kohl's and Target have great sales. I don't need work clothes so I tend to buy casual wear.  I have saved alot of money going to the B&M stores. Also, Kohl's carries petites in shorts and I don't have to hem them. Saves a lot of money for me. Most of the inseams on Q are too long and the cost of hemming adds another $12.00 to an item.

It is indeed true @sunshine45 when I got my last order through ebay and I received the wrong color, paypal sent me a message that I could return my item back for free.

Re: Just learned lesson about QVC shipping....OMG

I really don't buy much here because of the shipping. I did order two items on hsn today both were free shipping and I know I will get them quickly. I think about buying somethings I know already fit but I end up not purchasing clothing or shoes (I never would), I like to try my shoes on so I would never pay to try.

Re: Just learned lesson about QVC shipping....OMG

Be sure to watch your refund amounts if you pay at the post office yourself because someone posted last month they paid themselves and still got charged the $6.95. I posted yesterday this warning in another thread that got poofed. I don't know if the people who got charged the $6.95 left their label attached to their return invoice and an employee scanned it or if their system is doing it. I'm curious to know.
