Just for fun.... really...holiday shopping

So, for those people who start their shopping early or shop all year, how are you doing on this year's shopping? I usually start very early. If I find something I like for someone, I'll buy it, regardless of the date on the calendar. I don't try to rush the season, I just don't like to be rushed DURING the season so I like to start early if I find things I like.

But, I'm off to a slow start this year. I've only bought one gift, for my daughter in law. I bought her a purse several years ago and she loved it and actually still carries it. I have a Coach purse that I really like. I'd been watching their Factory Sale site and it popped up one day in April in black for 65% off. I think she's going to love it and I got such a terrific price on it. I can't wait to give it to her.


Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
