don't know if it is the oldest, but it was the first to come to mind. my cheese grater. it's old school, and used to be my moms. no clue just how old it is, but i dont think that they make this style anymore.  stand up box grater with BIG holes. love it.

A 1906 gold locket, which I still wear.  An ice pick from the early 1900’s,  which my grandmother used in her icebox.

In terms of regular use, my final answer is a bird feeder I received as a housewarming gift in 1981!

My large stuffed teddy bear that I got when I was three. I’m 63 so that makes him 60. I adore him and would never, ever give him up. He’s with me till the end. And I’ll be buried with him.

Oh wait, that’s not the oldest thng. I wear my grandmother’s gold wedding band as my wedding band and it’s from around 1920. And I wear a diamond  ring every day that belonged to my other great great grandmother, from the mid to late 1800’s. An old mine cut diamond.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

I have my baby blanket.  I don't use it anymore though.  LOL

I have a nut grinder and my grandmother's recipe box.  I don't know how old it is, but I still use some of the recipes in that box.  They're all in her handwriting.  I have my mom's too.

Gotta be the small chest we got from my husband's great aunt, who got it from her grandfather who made it in 1821, or so the story goes.  I store tablecloths in it.
