I never look at my post count. I don't care. That said, I don't know why the boards even have it. It is only used to insult people whichever way.

I agree, most posters aren't concerned with their own post count. After all, if someone participates in the Gamers threads the number can shoot up rapidly with single-word posts, so I don't understand the concern with a large count.

If someone seems to be going after another person, starting lots of new threads (especially the ones trashing QVC-related products, services, hosts, or repeatedly introducing other hot-button topics), or bombing otherwise good discussions with inflammatory comments ... yes, I do notice if the registration date is recent and the post count is low.
