Here's my take on phone calls I may answer - if the 'caller' doesn't greet me within 3 second of my greeting I hang up.

@SharkE. It's not done in alphabetical order. Texas is being done in September. The list also shows the August mailings are not totally complete yet.

@SharkE.  Yes it's being done state by state. It does a group at one time by geographical location. There is a list. Google schedule for Medicare cards. It is all laid out there. Not in alpha order.

my group of states were Conneticut, Maine, NH, NJ, NY, RI, and Vermont. They were all mailed out in July.
