Somehow a pizza has made its way to my house. I must have ordered in my sleep and it is accompanied by a large bottle of Sunkist orange soda.

Oh, I LOVE Sunkist. Trying to cut back, but it's awfully hard.

Had some left over meatloaf, gravy and mashed potatoes.  Added some steamed carrots and slice cucumbers.  Apple cake for dessert later.

I caved and purchased some store made fried chicken. Will make a tomato, roasted red peppers &  part skim mozzarella with EVOO and balsamic vinegar and fresh ground pepper salad to go with it.

For dessert is a home made trifle bowl of Death By Chocolate and we will not eat the bowl in its entirety!!

Bad stuff.  Firehouse brisket sub and pecan praline.

I purchased rack of lamb (about 8 small chops) and have to cook it today - so will roast this with herbs and garlic and at same time some small potatoes and butternut squash they can all roast together. Will cook some green beans later.  Dessert some berries and ice cream.

Re: Just For Fun..What's For Dinner Tonight?

We were invited over to our daughters house.  She wanted to try a new recipe she saw on the Today Show (I think).  They had that guy who travels all over the US looking for great places to eat.  It was Spaghetti Pie, Salad, hot rolls, and Sugar Cream pie.  OH, MY....sooooo good.  I think I better go get on my tread mill !!!!  We are not used to big dinners.....but once in a while....... what a treat it is!
