@rms1954 I, too, believe you had a typo when sharing your weight is down to 65 lbs. You state you don't know why you've been losing weight, but you do report being tired, with stomach and digestion issues. All signs of trouble.
It's possible the stomach issues have you ingesting fewer calories than you previously were leading to weight loss. You may be avoiding eating for fear of digestive discomfort, not realizing how much you've cut back. Could be you're so tired, you've lost your appetite. Adequate nutrition is essential.
Most of us know how tough it is to lose weight. If it starts coming off by itself, it's a red flag. If you ARE getting adequate nutrition and still losing weight, it's a sign that should not be ignored.
If you're cutting back because of discomfort, it shouldn't be ignored either. Any unexplained weight loss, with fatigue (and GI distress), is an indicator of a health problem.
I'd contact my doc for an assessment and plan, if it was me. It could be something minor and easily managed, only to get worse without a remedy. Take care.

@BlueFinch No, it was not a typo. I've been trying to get appts with different doctors but it's been difficult. I have one but not until April.

My mothers unintentional weight loss of more than 20 lbs, turned out to be H pylori.

That response makes me angry. Not at you but whomever you go to for medical treatment. I am not sure if you have lost 65lbs or down to 65lbs. (I hope not this one) unintentional weight loss of that magnitude should be considered a red flag and your doctors should treat it as such.

I was like this yesterday and could not think of one thing I wanted to eat. Well, I could think of one thing that sounded good, but I am trying to stay away from it, so I didn't go there! I ended up eating one-half of a peanut butter whole grain toasted bagel and that didn't get it! I seem to be getting more and more like this as I am getting older! So many days, I am hungry but nothing sounds good!

That is really good soup! Another good one is the pub style chicken pot pie soup!
