I decided on graham crackers with jelly.  I wanted peanut butter too but that's too difficult for me to digest.  Having some stomach issues lately.  Keep losing weight and I don't know why.  I am down to 65 lbs.  I'm so tired.

Anyway that's what I chose ... not very exciting but it kind of hit the spot sort of.  Thanks for all suggestions.

Go to the ER and tell them what you posted here. If you continue to wait, you will regret your decision. 65 pounds is a medical emergency for an adult woman🤭

Thank you, @Trinity11.  I am amazed that people are posting what they snack on.

@tansy They must have not seen the post where the OP states she is losing weight and is down to 65 pounds. She also posted about gastro issues. Otherwise, maybe they think it is a typo?

@rms1954    I agree with others who promote Premier Shakes.  I sometimes snack too much and am not hungry at dinnertime.  I force myself to drink one of these shakes for the protein.  Its essential to maintain health and immunity, both very important especially at this time.  The drinks aren't huge, just a few swallows so not a big deal.  I like Cafe Mocha flavor.  You can have them shipped by Walmart.

If you can't get an appointment with your doctor, you're not being assertive enough or have the wrong doctor. Mine is affiliated with the state university system medical school.  They always take Medicare and have all the specialists.

That may be, @Trinity11.  She mentions it in post 17.  ☹️  In post  22 she says it is not a typo.

I missed the initial post about the weight.  Of course a doctor's visit is in order.

As far as finding something to eat or drink with high calories, there is a very high calorie drink available, I believe Nestle might make it or Hormel...the manufacturer escapes me.  The VHC Boost is one brand.  You can order online through a medical supply company.  Sorry I can't remember the other.  They run around 525 calories per drink.

Please see a doctor. If one poo-poos you, see another doctor. No one has energy or is healthy at 65 pounds.

I remember suddenly losing weight about 20 years ago. I lost 40 pounds without trying in a short period of time. I had thyroid cancer. It was removed. No chemo or radiation was needed since they got it all.  It's been 20 years and I'm fine with a thyroid medication.

@rms1954,  is it possible that your scale has changed to showing your weight in kg instead of lb?

Re: Just Don’t Know What I Want

@rms1954   I am thinking that you mentioned several months back that you were having dental issues.  Have they been resolved?  This could be part of the weight loss problem.  If I have the wrong info here, I apologize.

I agree with the other posters that you have to muster up the strength and get to a clinic, walk in, ER, or something and get the ball rolling on having testing done.

What does your husband have to say about this weight loss?  Surely he has noticed.  He needs to help you with this.  Ask him for help.
