@rms1954   I am thinking that you mentioned several months back that you were having dental issues.  Have they been resolved?  This could be part of the weight loss problem.  If I have the wrong info here, I apologize.

I agree with the other posters that you have to muster up the strength and get to a clinic, walk in, ER, or something and get the ball rolling on having testing done.

What does your husband have to say about this weight loss?  Surely he has noticed.  He needs to help you with this.  Ask him for help.

Dental issues have been addressed.  I am trying to get appts set up.  It's very difficult and frustrating but I'm trying the best I can.  To answer your question about husband, I won't even go there.  I'm doing the best I can for myself.  I don't want to go into personal details.  I will get help.

Forget the doctor appointments and just go to the urgent care clinic...no appointment necessary.  Surely you have one?

I so relate as well!  I need a ton of dental work done and most of my meals are very selective.  My go to when I do not feel like cooking is tomato soup and grilled cheese.  I keep a lot of soup on hand.  Some nights I have oatmeal or just a simple veg and fish.  I am roasting a large chicken breast and will get many meals out of it.

I'm thinking the OP's scale must be uncalibrated. Or she must be extraordinarily short and petite naturally.
