I wonder what this little guy is thinking.  Looks very alert and taking notice of what's going on around him.

 

We need more threads like this.  Of course, the animals will always be much smarter than the humans.  Just ask my cat!!  Cat LOL

This makes me smile!  What an adorable picture!!

 

 Elephants are majestic creatures who have intelligence and feelings.  I hope they are safe at the refuge as so many in the wild are murdered by poachers and those who have money to back them/

 

I would love to go to the refuge and see these animals!   I am glad they are free to live their lives in a protected place.

@songbird    It does my spirit good to know there are humans out there whom we do not know, that do such wonderful things for these animals.  I'm sure they have successes such as this tale, but many instances where there is not a favorable outcome.  Would be very hard to see harm come to these and other majestic animals of this Earth.
