One of my grands age 5 only wants sweets. Ever. The only healthy food she will eat is my homemade vegetable soup. She has been loving it since she was 18 months old...especially the Lima beans....now her little sister who is 15 months loves it....followed by ice cream of course! I always have something in my purse for them to find to eat...right now it is snack size m&ms and cupcake-flavored goldfish crackers

Our son lives at South Lake Tahoe and we go to the red hut sometimes for breakfast when we visit. The sign always makes my day.

We didn't have a lot of sweets as a child. I remember my grandmother would have a glass jar in the den with See's marshmints. We would sneak in there, put them in our undies and run to the bathroom to feast.
