I have a feeling this case and all the discussion in the media will be around for a long time. I think this jury will be compared in cases to come and compared to other juries.

I also wonder if anything will change as far as explanation to juries before deliberation. I learned a lot listening to the criminologists and lawyers on the nightly discussions. Do you think this will affect future juries and their decisions about how to listen to a case and realize that not all cases have a confession, a body or a murder weapon recovered, but only overwhelming circumstantial evidence to be considered?

Yes, Casey got her constitutional right to a fair trial. Justice was served for her. For Caylee, there was no justice. I hope I am making some sense.
