Judge resigns - signed off community service for C. Brown

I don't have all the details, however it has been announced on TMZ that the Judge in W. Virginia who signed off Chris Brown's community service as completed, has resigned. It was discovered that the community service was not completed and possibly none of it was done at all. The Mayor discussed this with the judge which caused him to resign.

I am wondering at this point how it will affect CB and if the Judge in L.A. will bring him in on a violation of probation. It is also being questioned if money changed hands between the judge and CB. Sorry if a thread has already been started...I haven't seen one.
