Thanks Caffeina.  I watched the video and she's having some trouble herself.   My mop head isn't twisting anymore when on so it's clipped in but no longer working.  Sigh.  I give up.  Mopping shouldn't be this much trouble.

I have not even opened mine yet due to the horrible reviews. Does anyone else like this? I don't know if I should just return it.  The reviews, for the most part, are horrible.

Winamac, I packed mine up today and will ship back as defective.  I kept the bucket which was the best item of the lot.  I tried to make this work but I really believe the product wasn't tested properly.  Maybe when they fix the problems it will be worthwhile but right now I feel it falls short of what consumers want. 

I noticed when I removed the packing labels to put on my own that there was another underneath.  I think I got someone's return.  Hmmmm.   Not surprised I had so much difficulty with it.

I just watched the short video n HSN. It cracked me up when one of the item callouts was, "Infused with designer details," and they then showed the Joy M. logo label. Too funny, I'm sure most would just be happy with a mop that was as easy to use as advertised.

 I am not a huge Joy Mangano fan personally, but I do admire her work  ethics and her accomplishments. She has created many things and obviously acquired much wealth. Her home is lovely so I appreciate her decorating style and taste. It is similar to my own.

Her home is beautiful , large at 15,000 sq. ft., and gorgeously decorated by her. I love the outside as well as it is beautifully appointed and maintained. She has an intereting lifestyle and lives in New York.

Snoop I don't think you got a return.  It was brand new and never presented before the TSV.

I had one of Joy's Miracle Mops when she first came out with them many years ago.  I really liked it. 

I ordered her new TS Miracle Mop and the first one I got was defective.  They sent me another one and it's defective also.  There needs to be some tweaking, which is saying a lot --- we're talking about a MOP here.  

The plastic bucket is overpriced.  She's making money mostly on the bucket.  Unfortunately, I'm not keeping either one.

I'm through with her stuff.
