When I ordered the TSV, the vanilla pear was still available. To my surprise, this morning my order was listed as "advance order." When the company changed the status of my order, I countered and cancelled it. Enough with this.

I am surprised you were able to cancel. I have placed orders and went back to cancel 2 hours later and I was stuck.
What would have happened if you were relying on that order to be a gift ?

I've always been able to cancel an order labeled "advance order".

Waitlist orders can also be cancelled.

Amy said yesterday evening that orders placed after 7:00 eastern would be advance order.
TSV Orders placed during the 7:00 show were sold as available, but on advance order.
The item number had also changed.

Hello!
I tried to place order late afternoon/early evening and it said numerous times that the item was not available at this time - I could not place an order, but they still had several presentations - I could not figure it out, so I just gave up.
