Josie Maran Donations

[ Edited ]

It is been interesting for me to observe who personally, and, which companies  are donating in various ways during these stressful times.

I think we all know that Josie has donated lotions to the hospitals, but I just read this as well:

"Josie Maran paused all of their operations on Friday, June 5, and in solidarity donated $50,000 to the Loveland Foundation, a therapy fund for Black women and children."

And, of course, this is an ongoing project for her.

It's really  nice to see successful companies give back, especially those whose products you enjoy.

 * Edited to add, I immediately went to the Josie Maran site and ordered more body butter. Smiley LOL

She seems to be a good person- and I use her products!

There are so many who do lots of good things and don't advertise it. Sandra Bullock is one.

@Georgiagrama - Thanks for posting this and you did exactly what I would do!  :Smiley Happy

@beach-mom

I read about this in an article in the Marie Claire magazine.  She didn't advertise it herself .  The magazine gave a whole list of beauty companies that had made donations and to which organization.  Her product is the only one I use,  so I was happy to see that she has made this an ongoing project.

It just makes me feel even better about using her products.

Good for her! I had no idea she was a philanthropist, and for such worthy causes as this.❤ 👍👍 She has certainly gained my respect. Seldom do we read about the charitable contributions of vendors.😊

I would buy more face butter but darn there was no security seal as usual and a huge air pocket in the jar, so I've given up on her products.
