@Etoile308.  I've had lots of cats and dogs but the only one that got into the TP was a young dog, mad at being left alone in the evening, who completely tore up an unopened 8-pack and shredded it all over the living room.  It was the only blizzard Houston ever had.

Well it just makes sense to have it roll over rather than having to reach it when it is under!

It works no matter what way it rolls.  Over/under, makes no difference.

They used to make patterned toilet paper, and the pattern only showed when it rolled down, as shown in the picture.

I've always been told that's the wrong way to install toilet paper, but it IS the right way!

I only had one cat who would play with the toilet paper roll, unrolling the entire thing and playing with it around every room in the house!
