No comment on the show or politics because I never really caught his show much. I will say that I find Stephen Colbert funny.

It's just that every time I see John Stewart, his hair reminds of me Rudy Vallee, LOL. Before anyone says "who's Rudy Vallee?", I will just say that remark proves how old I am, LOLOL.

Now Rudy was definitely before my time, but I am a watcher of TCM and a lover of old movies.

I just watched the Lucy and Desi episode with Rudy Vallee. I also remember him in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. He was quite the heart throb in my grandmother's time.

Oh, I just love how to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. I haven't seen it for ages. Rudy Vallee is so good in that as the older boss. I love Robert Morse in that as the young upstart who will do anything to get ahead. He is so good and so funny.

I just finished watching The Bachelor and The Bobby Soxer with Cary Grant and Shirley Temple. So Cute. Rudy Vallee has a role in that one. I think my grandmother did like him in the 20's and 30's. He had the megaphone and the fur coat, LOL in the college movies.
