Johnny Depp is a terrific actor.  I've seen a couple of his movies and enjoyed them tremendously.  He's good-looking, but he seems far younger than his years.  Isn't he in his 50s?  We always see the paparazzi photos of him with clothes that a college student would wear and all the jewelry.  He appears to be in a perpetual adolescence, though it might just be the way he dresses.  Maybe that's why he was with this much younger woman.  If he has two children with another woman, I hope he has plenty of time for them.  They need their father, even if he is a big star who is living in perpetual early adulthood.

I never thought Johnny Depp was sexy until I watched him in all those Pirate of the Caribbean movies.  Lawd, he was both hot & sexy!

I used to like him. Sneaking the dogs into Australia bugged me. It was disrespectful.

Johnny is a complex individual.  He is one of the most intelligent, kind, generous and respectful people I know from personal experience.   His life has had it's ups and downs and he tried to stay clear of those Hollywood diva types and just do his "weird job", as he puts it.

He's a loving father of his two children and supports them in all they do.  His daughter, Lily-Rose, is the new face for Chanel and has a few movie roles.  Her mother, model and actress, Vanessa Paradis guides her daughter in the business as does Johnny.  They are both loving parents. 

By the way, Johnny and Vanessa never married because Vanessa did not want to get married.  In essence, they were common law married.  They amicably parted and remain close. 

Amber Heard was a flash in the pan.  And after 15 months of an odd-ball marriage, she filed for divorce, just a couple of days after Johnny's beloved mother passed away.  What does that tell you about Amber Heard?  Truth be told,  I believe she used Johnny as a springboard to further her acting career.  Sadly, for her, most people still do not know who she is.

I believe he has lived in France for about the last 20 years or so ....anyone's diction would be altered after that amount of time.  Even yours.

I'm sure Depp's new accent is fake. He is an actor, after all.

True,  he did alternate his residence between the US and France where he spoke some French.  But it's his movie roles that have him doing accents all the time.

The various accents become embedded into your speech pattern out of habit.

He has to consciously  think to speak in his normal voice, whatever that is now.

It's something between a Kentucky local and British rogue.
