He was excellent! All of the those delivering eulogies have been fantastic. What a beautiful tribute. Alan Simpson is sooooo funny. A wonderful respite to the solemness.

Yes they were.  I had no idea how funny Simpson could be.    And now Ronan Tynan!  ❤️

John's book about the President was one of the best I have ever read.  I just whipped right through it it was so fascinating.  The photos were wonderful.

I didn't think I was going to watch it but I am.

I found I am crying a lot, mostly for watching the pain and sorrow of George W.

I think no matter what our beliefs, we can all relate to that.

I love the humor too of the family. I remember Barbara had it too.

I loved the repetition of Dana Carvey's description of how to do an imitation of George H.W. Bush- "Mr. Rogers trying to be John Wayne."

And the best-that he believed we should not just leave our children with a big house and car but how to be a good parent, husband, wife, love to our family, and friends, and leaving our communities and neighborhood a better place.

The music is so well done. So proud to be an American today. I have workmen in my house today and I'm sitting in the kitchen crying my eyes out.
