Many noticed McCain having difficulty speaking recently, I suspect that was the reason.

I had read from the very beginning that it was brain surgery. Eyebrow incision, the location was above the eye. It's supposed to be a good sign that he's already recovering at home.

My first reaction too. He was speaking strangely during a recent hearing. This may be the explanation

Hope he recovers but hopefully he rethinks his desire to run for office again.

i noticed something wrong weeks ago.  glad if it is able to be addressed.  if they are awaiting labwork, i do worry.

A true statesman.  I hope he takes the needed recup time and not rush it.  I have no party affiliation right now....
