The only shows that come to mind for me were Ed Sullivan and The Smothers Brothers.

Saturday morning:  Warner Bros cartoons, Lone Ranger, Sky King....

Rest of the day:  Outside running around, roller skating (my passion), riding bikes, scooters (anything with wheels)....  and not coming in until I absolutely had to dirty, sweat;y and ready to get cleaned up.

Saturday evening:  Whatever my folks were watching (really don't remember)...... Woman LOL

Just doing some dishes up, made me think, hey this is Sunday, what shows as a kid on Sunday did we watch?

Omnibus

Lassie

Wonderful World of Disney

So what did you see? Or better yet, what can you remember seeing?

That's all I came up with.

By the time we got a tv set I was 12 years old and working as a car hop at a drive-in restaurant from 3:30 to 12:30am every Friday/Saturday and Sunday. Ops, Friday and Saturdays were till 1:30am

Don't have a clue what shows were even on back then.

Was Laugh In on Sunday nights?

I remember watching Ed Sullivan, Dean Martin, and Tom Jones on Sunday nights.

When I was a kid, it was Ed Sullivan & Bonanza.  As a young adult, it was Mission Impossible & Kung Fu
