The judge said it was alright for Jodi to be her own attorney. Can you imagine! That has never gone well for any convicted murder who wanted to defend themselves. She better make the most of it.. either way she will be in jail a long time. What are your views. I hope it will be televised I would like to see what she does how she defends herself for life rather then death row ${#emotions_dlg.crying}$ . They say on the news that the jury selection might take weeks and weeks and with Jodi as her own attorney I have a feeling she might drag it out. I feel so sorry for the victims family members. It is what it is.

I guess it is hard to give someone the death penalty,,,,that is all I can figure why she did not get it....and the tax payers have to pay even more.

It's all about control for her. Judge Sherry has always given her way too much latitude, anyway. This ought to be a real circus taking months.

The only thing I care about is what it's costing us Arizona taxpayers. It's not going to be televised & no cameras are permitted so we will only see drawings.
