I had the privilege of meeting Mrs. Rogers about eight years ago. I believe she was working with our Community Relations Manager on a children's reading program. She was such a wonderful person. She came in fairly often while that was going on. She was always friendly spoke to the staff. And she had a great sense of humor.( I was working at B&N at the time. ) I ran into her a couple years later at an arts festival, and she remembered me. I think that's just the kind of person she was.
