I'm not surprised. I have seen pictures and it was beautiful. I guess Melissa will be set for life. I have heard Joan was a savvy business woman

That's kinda scary.  Between the Middle East and China, whose country is this anyway?  Maybe I'm really naive, but why would they want that estate?

Melissa can now quit Fashion Police, and live a peaceful life with her son.   I wish them well.

The size of this apartment (condo), very large rooms, the top 3 stories in a 7-story building, off 5th Avenue in NYC, overlooking Central Park. The location doesn't get any better than this. Not many Americans can pay $28,000,000 CASH!!!!!! It's good to be a King/Prince in these far-off countries.

It would be a fantastic investment, even if no one ever lives there.  Think what it will be worth five or ten years from now.

Manhattan is a small island with limited acreage.  In fact, they are beginning to build skyscrapers with smaller "footprints" to maximize the potential for more apartments/condos in a smaller space.  One example is the new "Billionaire's Building" or One57.
