I loved his show.  It was a guilty pleasure of mine.  He will be missed.  RIP.

Jerry Seinfeld came to my mind.  Good grief.  Then as I read, it dawned on me who he was.  I need to be careful on those. That's too bad.

This really saddened me.  I enjoyed him in interviews, DWTS, and a lot of his clsoing statements from the Jerry Springer show.  He was an interesting and entertaining man.

I remember him from Dancing with the Stars and got a completely different vibe from him than from his TV show.

I believe he was mayor  once.

I never watched his talk show (it was definitely not my thing) BUT he was known as a very kind and caring person. He was not only a mayor here in Cincinnati but he was a tv news anchor here for 10 years as well. Hearing people who knew him talk, he was kind to everyone he met, even if you weren't on his side of the political fence. He didn't want people to know he had cancer so this came as a shock to everyone except his closest friends and family.

He wasn't perfect but that is true of us all.

What I liked about Jerry Springer:

He was highly intelligent.

He was highly humble.

That's a winning combination in my book.

May you Rest In Peace, Mr. Mayor
