@Mz iMac "I suspect she hired a private detective and/or he has a gambling habit."
Now that we are speculating he might be spending the money on another woman or child/children he had with another woman.
I also found it suprising that he had the tattoo of her image covered up so quickly. Apparently he thinks that there is no chance of a reconciliation.

Trust me when I tell ya (I wish I didn't know about this!) - some people do a full 180 change from being a decent, caring, good person to an awful, negative, hateful, sometimes cruel, beast. Taking the money seems to even be part of that.
The changing of the tattoo from her face to a dog is a pretty creepy thing to do. I love dogs, not saying I don't. It's not EVEN about that. What he did says quite a bit.

I never understood the getting of tattoos that had to do with your partner. Angelina Jolie had those with Billie Bob then she got with Brad and now that is over. I could not imagine being with someone who someone else's name on their body. Stick with roses.

The reason why this makes me feel sad is not because of who they are. I cannot get it in my thick skull how after 25 years together with somebody, famous or not, one can stop loving someone seemingly just like that/all of a sudden. After 25 years, a switch goes off in one's brain and suddenly love is gone!?! This must have been building for a long time. Well, I guess you might say, duh, obviously..... I know - I get it. Yet it makes me feel sad anyway.

"Upon information and belief, the Husband has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate.
Pursuant to Section 61.075, Florida Statues, equity dictates that the Wife be compensated and made whole by receiving an unequal distribution of the marital assets in her favor. Moreover, the Husband should be enjoined from, selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or dissipating any assets during the pendency of proceedings."

Yeppa. I thought gambling too. Or falling for scams like crypto or get rich quick schemes and losing all the money.

A sudden tattoo in the middle of a breakup is ALWAYS a bad idea.
The dog in a turban looks nice, certainly. But the timing is just not good. The potential for 'ragret' is huge.
