My son and I went to the taping of Inside the Actors Studio. I got VIP tickets through work & sat with James Lipton's wife in the front row.

We were first in line to meet Angelina. She was radiant and looked makeup free when we talked to her.

OMG! Really? I remember when she was on that program, I think it was right after she adopted Maddox ~ she was gorgeous on the show. {#emotions_dlg.w00t}

Yes that was the time. She was dressed very simply in a dark top and jeans. She had LARGE diamond studs, that was it for any decoration.

It took forever for us to get in the door to the studio on campus at the New School back then. The papparazzi were going nuts!

I am looking forward to this role Jen will be playing. I have always felt that she was just one good movie away from being the actress she always wanted to be.

Much like when Farrah Fawcett got the role in The Burning Bed.

I thought that Jen was very good in Derailed with Clive Owen. Have you seen it?

P.S. Charlize has perfect facial features, very Grace Kelly.

No, I haven't seen that movie, Kitty. I shall. Thank you.

It was quite a departure from her other light comedy films.

I'd like to see it again, actually. It shows up on the movie channels now and again.

To be clear, I certainly wasn't bashing Jen. I have always liked her, she seems sorta "real" to me. Looking forward to the movie.

Jennifer Aniston also did a very good job in The Good Girl. Not a comedy role-pretty dark as a matter of fact. She was portrayed as very plain in the movie too.

I like her and I think she's got some talent that just hasn't been explored in detail yet.
