I don’t know what the writing on the wall reads. Maybe others do. All we know is that the financial reports have not looked good for a few years now. We have also seen a lot more free shipping days, coupons, and reduced pricing. I got some great deals in the last few days in the lunchtime specials. Are they aggressively competing? Trying to sell everything they can? Who knows what their strategy is. We will see what the future holds for QVC in this “age of possibility,” lol.

It might be a health insurance reason Kerstin is working some days in January. This way they’re all covered for the month through the Q.

I remember her saying when they went on that Mission trip for her church to Mexico, that she had to pay the full amount for her family’s health insurance those months.

AND it cost ALOT!! 🥴

Don’t watch either one of these hosts. I won’t miss them. It does seem like an unusual number of hosts have been let go or are leaving “to spend more time with family”. With qvc doing poorly quarter after quarter and their stock price at an all time low maybe they know something we don’t know.

The Q as it seems is downsizing. 
Their market value last time I read it was .38 cents

so logically they won't continue paying host salaries

when the profit margins are sinking.

I think within the year a change will come to drastically change their

venue.

Which makes it so interesting that they just hired a whole new group of hosts. I presume they are making much less in salary. Or, maybe they are hourly employees through an agency that employs them, like contracting.
