Jane Tracey---WHAT HAPPENED???

This is, without a doubt, the very WORST I've ever seen her. Her eyes look like two holes burned into her face. And her hair...it looks BLACK and frizzled. It reminds me of how some little old ladies used to tightly perm their hair, then turn it blue or pink.

Whoever did this to her should be FIRED!!! She looks about 100 years old.
