Yes.  I've booked all my 2024 hair, nails & waxing appts. It's easier to book them for the entire year, than one appt. at a time.  I've also booked all of my puppy's grooming appts for 2024.

Time is just a drop in the bucket compared to eternity. It isn’t how long you live that matters; it is how well you are prepared to die. ~~Colonel Robert B. Thieme, Jr.

I always hang a calender on the wall but just for the pics. This year was classic muscle cars and next year I snagged  one from the vet that has cats and dogs.

I'm a big note taker on my email calender.

I keep both a paper calendar and a calendar on my computer.  I don't trust the information in one place.  I had a terrible situation two weeks ago when my computer calendar decided to quit on me.  Actually the entire computer was not working.  My paper calendar saved me.  All is now well but what a frightful mess.

Working on my 2025 calendar for a potential travel experience.  In 2024 I have dates for almost every month, such as work stuff, the ballet, concerts, travel, and so forth.

I won't put the calendars up at home until January 1, BUT I have a detailed planner. After the month of December 2023, January 2024 is included in the planner, and it's already filling up fast with work meetings, conferences, trainings, etc. I do have one social activity I don't like to miss (cookbook club), and I have my hair appointment. I go to the owner, and if I don't make the appointment 6 months ahead of time I won't get to see him. And he hasn't taken new clients for years! I actually have to schedule some medical appointments too. Who knows when I'll get in?

I use my phone, but I just can't give up my Lang pocket calendar!

At home I put David's calendar on the back of the kitchen pantry door. Last year I told myself I was going to make his recipe of the month each month. Yeah, THAT lasted all of January and February - LOL! I put a small Susan Branch calendar by the phone, and a small easel calendar on a shelf above my desk. Smiley Happy
