Wow, I will be sad to see her go, I have always enjoyed her, I wish her nothing but luck at whatever her future holds for her!
I agree with your post @CareBears.

I really liked her, I saw her on Saturday on the Philosophy show. Sometimes I think companies like to get rid of the "old timers" who make more money and replace them for "newbies" who make less money. I wish Jacque all the best.

I'm going to miss her. She's one of the few hosts I actually LIKED. I enjoyed her with Bob Mackie and Danny (Or Paz). Such a shame... I'm sure she'll be replaced by younger "talent" to attract the young people to buy more fashion and handbags and shoes...

Jacque had a fun, spontaneous quality at times-- you didn't quite know what she would come out with. Very best to her as she is talented and sweet.

I'm so surprised!! I just saw her.If anyone has any idea what happened please post.
Jacque was so pleasant & sweet.I enjoyed her shows so much!! I hope it was her decision. No one should be treated like that!!
I see a pattern here with QVC.It's quite disturbing. They don't appear to value their customers or their employees.

No formal notice from the host or QVC on air and no formal goodbye. After 15 years smh.
New hosts I guess means they need to make room. When people quit they usually give notice. In my experience, only when the person is fired or let go is it done so abruptly. I mean she was on today I read.
What a undignified way to go about this. I guess they just made the decision an hour ago.
Throughout my working life, especially the last 20 years, I have always considered it awful how laid-off employees were treated. People who had done nothing wrong, ever, just doing their job daily. Then the company needs to downsize/economize and boom - no notice, just a call into a supervisor's office where they are handed a pink slip and a final paycheck and immediately "escorted" by supv and Security to clean out their desk and leave the premises immediately - whether you had been there 5 years or 30.
I think it's disgusting.

That's a surprise. I saw her briefly this morning--thought she was Antonella--a ittle heavier than I remember from last seeing her. When she first started, I liked her. Odd that someone who has been with QVC for 15 years has no acknowledgement that she's leaving. I wish her well. Onward and upward!

The other one I didn't care for, so, no loss

@Moonchilde This is exactly what happened to my husband, 17 years with a company, he was up for a raise, 2 more weeks vacation, and BOOM he was gone, escorted out by his supervisor, we heard through a fellow co-worker they replaced him with 2 part time employees that make less than half what he did, and they did not have to pay them benefits or vacation, now it seems it is all about the bottom line, people are disposable at any level!
