the reviews for this TSV have been dreadful.  the consensus appears to be that the "leather" is plastic and the zippers stick.  

 

Sometimes HSN will ship with no return label. They did this with a tracfone,  night cream and a pair of earrings.    I had to go around and around with CS to get a return label for the tracfone and earrings.  they finally snail mailed them. they said this happens when the item ships from a "vendor partner". but there is no way of knowing this in advance.

Beautiful color....I just wish they would leave the big prominent logos elsewhere. I think it cheapens the look of a beautiful bag.
