Hunky John Corbett (Northern Exposure, Sex and the City) and Bo Derek ("10") who have been together for almost 20 years, got married in Dec 2020. He announced it on The Talk to Jerry O'Connell. John said he and Bo decided they didn't want 2020 to be totally awful [due to COVID] so they got married.

What a great looking couple!

Good for them! I think it's impressive to still want to marry someone after 20 years together. @Kachina624 makes a good point, hope it doesn't change the relationship.

I'm happy for them, but don't really think that their situation has changed. They don't have kids and have been together for such a long time. They also probably live in a common law or community property state.

"Chris in the morning" from Northern Exposure (That's a show I'd like to watch again; I never missed it.)

I remember at the time reading an interview with him and the writer said, "He can put his cowboy boots under my bed anytime" !

I've always liked Bo too. They seem like loyal people who don't have to conform to the Hollywood way of living.

@Linmo Common law marriage is pretty archaic now. Very few states have that any more. It doesn't matter if they do or don't live in a common law state since they are married now. 🙄

They dated 20 years, wow, that's a very long time I can't even imagine referring to a man as your boyfriend for 20 years and then, all of a sudden, Poof, calling him your husband.

I like them both, she's so pretty, good luck to them.
