JCPenney shifts its ad campaign

JCP has figured out that their previous attempts to set a new image was a colossal failure; are now moving to another attempt that should be much more popular: patriotism

Starting today, customers will be asked to round their purchases up to the next dollar and the difference will go to a designated charity. For July, it will be the USO. August/September it will be Boys and Girls Club, Teach for America, and 4-H.

Sure hope this helps but I think their new pricing policies are what they need to fix!
