I saw this on a TV show and looked it up on line but was unable to carry over the link. This absolutely shocked and broke my heart. I was actually crying and so embarrassed for the poor lady who was the recipient of this awful talk. JCP is looking for the targeted lady to pay for her purchases and also the woman who targeted the recipient and they are going to ban her from coming into JCP in that particular mall. If you copy my heading and put it in your search engine you can watch it if you wish.

It is the 'holidays' and folks loose patience. I don't know what is racist about it though. Where I live in the So CA, the hispanic population has exploded and mostly because they are here illegally. Now, over in their countries they do have lines and know it is customary to stand in lines. That person should know that and not feign ignorance. The woman who mouthed off was just doing that. She may not be the racist labeled. She may donate money and time to charities and the like who help many of all backgrounds.

I saw that. What shocked me the most (besides the racist verbal abuse towards the two hispanic women) was that no one in line said a word to stand up for them.
If I was there, I would have - no hesitation at all.
Funny thing is....social media has a funny way of biting you in the behind for doing such things. She will be recognized on the street and someone WILL say something to her. She will definately get a huge dose of reality then.

I've had situations at JCP and other stores where you get to the front of the line and they tell you to go do this or that and when you're done you can just come back to the front and finish your business.
@Puzzle Piece, honestly, I'm astounded that you didn't hear anything racist in that woman's ranting. Don't care what she does in private or what charities she supports or doesn't, her actions in that video SCREAM racist and beligerence.

I have a feeling these people feel empowered to say whatever filth comes out of their mouth.

I'm shocked they both apparently paid with cash which is why they probably can't find them.
No matter what kind of rudeness a person displays (and I've had my fill at 4:30am yesterday and 5am today-they seem to be out at all times now!), no one deserves that. Someone will give up the rude woman eventually. Probably waiting to not ruin her Christmas which is beyond ironic.

@Qshopper1991 You and me both ! I had my dh come in the room, rewound the tape, and had him watch. I told him I would have been in that rude woman's face so fast, she wouldn't have known what hit her. He said, "Oh, I know you would've". LOL

Yes, that's what my dh said. I won't say why because I don't want to start a political war.
