This is what Cathy Mitchell, shows how to use it.

I used mine this afternoon to make cake from a small cake mix. I used the divider pan, and made 4 cakes, 2 at a time, took only 10 mins each time. I have made chicken breasts in it and egg omelets, left over cooked meat and vegs, also I add in cheese. Very good and fast.

Just wondering if anyone else uses it.
