@Mindy D    There are often sold out items available the day after presentations due to cc denials.

I've had that happen to me with TSVs.   Of course when we order a TSV we the money is up front.  Well, they don't actually get it until the sets ship out but the whole transaction is understood by both parties and the go ahead is given by the buyer, so to speak.  Anyway, I saw one of my TSV sets were ready to go and then I saw back order and I always use my cc on file so I called customer service and yeah, they just ran out and more is on the way and I got it. 

 

I think it's just that we're not doing cash and carry so this kind of thing happens, no biggie.  I did ask about mine though.  Not discounting your concerns.
